模具的一級(jí)保養(yǎng)裝模時(shí)的保養(yǎng)（1）裝模前，要對(duì)模具的上下表面進(jìn)行清擦，保證模具安裝面和壓機(jī)工作臺(tái)面不受壓傷，及模具在生產(chǎn)中上下安裝面的平行度。
First level maintenance of the mold maintenance during mold installation (1) before mold installation, the upper and lower surfaces of the mold shall be cleaned to ensure that the mold installation surface and the working table of the press are not damaged by pressure, and the parallelism of the upper and lower installation surfaces of the mold in production.
（2）模具裝好后，將模具打開，將模具各部分清擦干凈，特別是導(dǎo)向機(jī)構(gòu)，對(duì)于表面件模具，其型面清擦干凈，以保證制件的質(zhì)量。對(duì)模具各滑動(dòng)部分進(jìn)行潤(rùn)滑，涂潤(rùn)滑脂。模具各部份的檢查，特別是安全件，如：安全側(cè)銷、安全螺釘、側(cè)護(hù)板、沖孔廢料道等。

生產(chǎn)中的保養(yǎng)（1）生產(chǎn)中，定期對(duì)模具的相應(yīng)部分進(jìn)行涂油，如：拉延模的壓料圈、圓角；修邊模的刀口部位；翻邊刀塊部分等。

（2）定期對(duì)修邊沖孔模的小孔廢料道進(jìn)行廢料的清理。

模具的二級(jí)保養(yǎng)此項(xiàng)保養(yǎng)工作由模修人員完成，并根據(jù)保養(yǎng)情況作好記錄。以下就不同的零件敘述其二保的要求和方法：

拉延模凸模、凹模拉延模的凸、凹模，主要出現(xiàn)的問題是拉毛及型面的壓坑。保養(yǎng)時(shí)，主要對(duì)模具的圓角拉毛部位進(jìn)行拋光。如果出現(xiàn)壓坑，要對(duì)模具進(jìn)行補(bǔ)焊，再進(jìn)行修順。
The main problems of male and female dies of drawing die are roughening and indentation on the profile. During maintenance, mainly polish the rounded and roughened parts of the die. If there is a pressure pit, the mold shall be repaired and smoothed.
導(dǎo)向零件（導(dǎo)柱、導(dǎo)套及導(dǎo)板等）模具在工作中會(huì)出現(xiàn)拉痕等現(xiàn)象。產(chǎn)生的主要原因有潤(rùn)滑油臟及導(dǎo)向間隙偏等。導(dǎo)向零件產(chǎn)生拉痕，采取用油石推順后拋光的辦法進(jìn)行消除。
